Students and community members will join Foothill faculty and staff for the inauguration of Dr. Miner as the sixth president of Foothill College today at 2:30 p.m. in the Smithwick Theatre at Foothill College. The event features remarks from Foothill-De Anza Community College District Chancellor Martha Kanter and the Hon. Martin Jenkins of the Federal District Court of Northern California. Admission is free and a complimentary reception follows at 4:30 p.m. in the Campus Center.
