March on Sacramento, April 21
Students from the Community Colleges, the California State University, and the University of California have organized a march on the Sacramento Capitol for Monday, April 21, to protest budget cuts and fee increases.

Matt Flannery, co-founder of Kiva.org, will discuss the innovative methods his organization has developed to assist people around the world as they work to end poverty in developing countries through micro credit loans. Meets in Smithwick Theatre. Co-sponsored by the Foothill Micro Credit Club.
