...from Tristan S. Paule, Chair Asian Pacific Islander Month 2010
On behalf of the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Heritage Month Committee
2010, we are very excited to have the University of the Philippines
Concert Chorus (UPCC) perform at Foothill College. This event will be
taken place during Club Day on Wednesday, April 21st at 12 noon in the
Campus Dining Hall.
The UPCC is currently on their world tour and we are fortunate that they
are to take part in our monthlong celebration. Some of the groups major
performances include attending the 4th Lincoln Center International Choral
Festival in New York City, the Primo Premio di Excellenza in Canto
Corale-Gorizia, Italy, and performing for Queen Elizabeth II.
We hope to see you all at the event. We would also like to thank University of Philippines Alumni Association, and the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco for their participation.
