Description
The Bell Micro web team is looking for a web designer. They should be able to design static mock-ups, develop templates and CSS-based layouts, and code entire sites to W3C standards. They should be able to identify and fix cross-browser issues. Attention to detail is critical.
Web designer might also be in charge of designing emails, and it is important that they are aware of email standards and best practices.
Good documentation skills are required.
Personal Skills
Should be proactive and be able to work without supervision independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills are essential.
Technical Skills
- XHTML (expert level required)
- CSS (expert level required)
- JavaScript (medium to expert level required)
- Flash (desirable)
- Photoshop (expert level required)
- Dreamweaver (desirable experience with Dreamweaver templates)
- Illustrator (desirable)
- CMS programs, specifically Red Dot (big plus)
