** CTIS / Swensen Scholarship Ceremony **

10 students were awarded CTIS / Swensen Scholarships today at a ceremony at Foothill College. The awards are named for former Foothill administrator and current Foothill De Anza Board Member Bruce Swensen who makes the awards possible.

Students were welcomed to a a festive lunch by Dean Chuck Lindauer. Awards were given to the following deserving students by the faculty members who nominated them:

Arthur Benjamin (nominated by Sharron Evans)

Sandy Nado, Ken Seto and Virginia Phelps

Sandrea Roth (nominated by Michael Loceff)

Also receiving awards, but not at the ceremony, were:
