In Fall 2004, the Foothill-De Anza Community College District conducted a survey of all students and employees to determine if changes to the district’s smoking policy were desired. The results of that survey led to the district adopting its current board policy, which permits smoking in designated parking lots only.
These surveys are repeated about every two years. Your answers to the Fall 2008 Smoking Policy Survey will help the district determine if further changes to board policy and/or enforcement are needed to provide a safe and healthy working and learning environment.
