At present, both my COIN 61, Publishing on the Web using HTML/XHTML and COIN 63, Advanced Web Technologies are closed.
If slots become available if students drop, I admit students on the waiting list in the order they requested. However, so far, only 2 students have dropped COIN 61 and no students have dropped COIN 63.
I know there are MANY students on the waiting list for both courses, but at present, unless students drop between now and next Friday, no additional students will be added.
There are 13 spaces available in the COIN 61 on campus section which meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 PM in room 4004. If you wish to join that class, contact Kathleen O'brien or attend class next week.
COIN 51, Internet Technologies & Applications (offered online) also still has openings. Contact Mimi Will.
The state's budget crisis is impacting colleges throughout California. Foothill has suffered deep budget cuts which has resulted in the cancellation of many classes even as we see more students wanting those classes. Your elected representatives in Sacramento - the governor and your assembly and senate representatives need to hear from you about how this situation has affected you and the impact it will have on your future!!
